CaMold Plastic Corp. was founded by Hung-Yu Lan,Ph.D. in 2005. We are specialized in CAE simulation, product design and mold manufacture. Based in Los Angels, we offer services by Internet throughout the whole world. Dr. Lan got his MS. degree of Engineering (on the study of Orientation of Fiber- Glass Reinforced Polymer Composite) in National Taiwan Institute of Technology in 1990. After graduation he jointed MOLDFLOW in Taiwan as the application engineer to support all customers , and becomes the consultant engineer and regional manager years later. During 1997~2000, Dr. Lan worked with the Product design team of Merry Yard Enterprise Corp. to develop new product and the mold for Toys and Electric equipments. From 2000, he devoted to develop an unique process of Gas Added Plastic Foam Injection in National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. 2004 he got the degree of PhD by the Rheological Study of Supercritical Carbon Dioxide/PP Mixture. In the same year, he worked with Precision Technology Center of BenQ for Mold Design and CAE Analysis. With nearly 20 years working experiences on related fields of plastic injection , CAE simulation and mold design, Dr. Lan established the CaMold Plastic Corp. in 2005 at Alhambra, Los Angels, California, to provide the innovative plastic products and professional consultant services for all plastic product development. |
